Nestled in a tranquil cove at the world famous 35th mile marker of Lake of the Ozarks, our spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom lake front home offers breathtaking views and fishing right off you dock. With two boat slips, a swim deck, kayaks, and paddle boards, you can immerse yourself in water activities from your private dock just steps away from the home. Inside, enjoy well-appointed accommodations, a fully equipped kitchen, and relaxing living spaces. Explore biking trails, local dining, and the joys of lake life.
The fully furnished house boasts lots of natural light with beautiful lake views, a large screened deck and outdoor seating area, and beautifully appointed bedroom and fully stocked kitchen. Watch the sunset, cook your favorite meal in the fully-equipped kitchen or outside on the propane/charcoal grill, and enjoy peace and quiet in one of the four large bedrooms or two living room spaces equipped with smart TVs, board games, and access to large collection of movies/shows on our Plex TV account as well as access to your own streaming services.

For those seeking an unforgettable fishing experience on the lake, we highly recommend fishing with Shayne. Shayne is a skilled fishing guide and boat captain who can show you the best spots and techniques.
*Please note that Shayne works on tips/donations alone. As a general guideline, we recommend tipping a minimum of $75 per hour (4-hour minimum) for fishing trips for 2 people and $50 per hour (4-hour minimum) for boat captaining.

Discounted Boat Rentals
You can now rent a 24-foot, 150hp 4-stroke tritoon boat, which can be delivered directly to our dock and be ready for check-in. Rental pricing is $450 for a full day, with subsequent days priced at $400 per additional day (subject to change).
